Well, it was a busy weekend for us. First off, we played at the annual Canadian Lutheran World Relief fundraiser concert at Norrona Lutheran Church on Saturday Aug 28th. We had a great crowd and a lot of money was raised to help the school children in Peru. This was our 6th year for this great cause. Then we played at the worship service at St John Lutheran Church on Sunday 29th, followed by the service at Norrona. Next up.... Road Trip!!! We are off to Vernon BC to see our good friends Pastor Rick and Jan. We will be playing a concert in Vernon on Saturday night Sept 11th and then playing at the worship service in Vernon on the 12th. We are really looking forward to our trip and meeting lots of new folks. |
